Playlist: Jazz at the Logan Center, 2019 Edition

These are just a few of the names that’ll grace the stages of the Logan Center throughout the 2019-2020 season. Kicking off this year with the 13th annual Hyde Park Jazz Festival, jazz at the Logan Center means a variety of programming across new and emerging artists as well as established and legendary ones—and most performances are free.

From Third Tuesday Jazz, UChicago Presents: Jazz at the Logan, and AACM, to Chicago Stage, The Bridge, and Jazz X-tet, each series features distinct musicians that span styles, genres, and generations. To celebrate the new season, we’re sharing a 20-song playlist from selected artists who will perform throughout the year.
